By downloading or using LoopRun, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

What LoopRun provides

LoopRun generates circular running routes based on your location and preferences, provides turn-by-turn voice navigation, and records your runs. Routes are computed using third-party mapping data and are offered as suggestions, not guarantees.

Introductory free trial

Every subscription starts with a three-day free trial. The trial includes up to three successful route-generation actions per calendar day.

Failed route-generation attempts do not use the allowance, and the allowance resets the next calendar day. Route generation is unlimited once the subscription enters a paid period.

When the trial ends, the subscription you selected automatically renews at the monthly or yearly price displayed by the App Store unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Billing and renewal

Managing your subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Cancellation stops automatic renewal but does not immediately end access. You keep access until the current trial or paid billing period expires.

If a purchase is not reflected in LoopRun, use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple processes subscription payments and refund requests under its policies, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.

Route accuracy and safety

Routes are generated from OpenStreetMap data via third-party APIs. While we aim for accurate, runnable routes, we cannot guarantee that every suggested path is safe, legal, well-lit, or physically accessible. You are responsible for assessing the suitability of any route before running it.

LoopRun is not a navigation device certified for safety-critical use. Always be aware of your surroundings, obey local laws, and exercise common sense.

Your content

You own the runs, routes, preferences, and profile information you create in LoopRun, and we make no claim to them. LoopRun has no developer-operated backend that stores this content. The app sends limited data directly to service providers when needed for routing, maps, weather, health, and subscriptions, and local app data may be included in device backups. The Privacy Policy explains these transfers, storage, backups, and deletion in detail.

Limitation of liability

LoopRun is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lano Puljic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or loss of data.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of LoopRun after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
